Getting Ready
Strategies to expand hospital capacity, such as increasing the number of critical care units, may not be effective on their own. They must go hand in hand with improving other units of the facility, such as internal general wards, if they are operating at their capacities or increasing indirectly related resources, such as post-operative care units.
